Coaching is agreed separately
A coaching relationship starts only when we both agree, in writing, to work together. Fees, session length, and cancellation terms live in that agreement, not on this website.
The introductory call
The introductory call is a conversation to see whether coaching is a fit. It does not oblige you to continue, and it does not oblige Viji to take you on as a client.
No outcome guarantees
Coaching can help you think more clearly and decide what to do next. It does not guarantee a promotion, a job, a particular decision, or any other result.
The site content
The words, photographs, and mark on this site belong to Viji Viyakesparan unless a credit says otherwise. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy the pages, photos, or mark for your own site or marketing.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate. We are not liable for decisions you make based only on what you read here, or for a site outage.
