Viji Viyakesparan is an executive transformational coach. This website introduces that coaching practice.

If you email to ask about coaching, we receive whatever you include: typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.

This site does not have an account system, a newsletter form, or a booking checkout. An introductory call is arranged by email.

We use that information to reply to your enquiry and, if we both choose to go ahead, to arrange an introductory call.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the practice, and steps taken at your request before a coaching agreement.

Enquiry emails are kept long enough to respond and to keep a record of what was discussed about working together. If we do not work together, they are deleted within 12 months unless we need to keep them for a legal reason.

If you become a client, records of our work are kept under the coaching agreement, not under this website policy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not pass enquiry emails to advertisers or other coaches.

Email is handled by the email provider used for this address. That provider processes the message so it can be delivered and stored.

This site does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. It does not use a cookie banner because there is nothing optional to consent to.

Your browser may store its own basic data, such as a page in history. That is not something this site reads back.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it.
