After more than three decades in executive roles across financial services, I’ve sat with people at every stage of a career — promotions, pivots, pressure, and the quiet moments when the path ahead feels unclear.

I’m Viji Viyakesparan — an executive transformational coach and senior leader with a career spanning three decades at the Bank of England and the Prudential Regulation Authority.
I’ve worked alongside senior leaders through the moments that matter: navigating complexity, leading transformation, making difficult decisions, and building teams and cultures where people can thrive.
That experience taught me that leadership is about more than expertise. It’s self-awareness, courage, curiosity, and the ability to bring others with you. It’s also what drew me to coaching.
