I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all path. You bring your experience, ambitions, and constraints. My job is to listen carefully, ask the questions others may not, challenge assumptions when it helps, and hold a confidential space where you can put the day-to-day down for a moment.

I understand executive leadership because I have lived it

I’m Viji Viyakesparan — an executive transformational coach and senior leader with a career spanning three decades at the Bank of England and the Prudential Regulation Authority.

I’ve worked alongside senior leaders through the moments that matter: navigating complexity, leading transformation, making difficult decisions, and building teams and cultures where people can thrive.

That experience taught me that leadership is about more than expertise. It’s self-awareness, courage, curiosity, and the ability to bring others with you. It’s also what drew me to coaching.

The greatest satisfaction I get is watching someone move from “I don’t think I can” to “I’m going to do this.”
